Introduction
International Academy of Scholars is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all students, staff, and community members. Our Anti-Bullying Policy ensures that bullying in any form is not tolerated and outlines measures to prevent, address, and resolve such behavior.
Definition of Bullying
Bullying is any repeated, intentional behavior that causes physical, emotional, or psychological harm. It may include:
- Verbal abuse (e.g., name-calling, teasing).
- Physical harm (e.g., hitting, pushing).
- Social exclusion or spreading rumors.
- Cyberbullying (e.g., harmful messages or posts online).
Prevention Strategies
- Creating awareness through workshops, seminars, and classroom discussions.
- Encouraging a culture of kindness, empathy, and respect.
- Providing staff training to identify and address bullying effectively.
Reporting Procedures
- Students, parents, or staff can report bullying incidents to the class teacher, counselor, or school administration.
