1. Fee Payment and Online Transactions

The school accepts online payments for admission, tuition, hostel, and other applicable fees.

All online payments must be made through the designated payment gateway on our website.

A confirmation receipt will be issued upon successful payment.

2. Refund Policy

Admission Fees: Admission fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Tuition Fees:

If a student withdraws admission before the start of the academic session, 100% of the tuition fee (excluding admission and processing charges) will be refunded.

If a student withdraws within the first month of the academic session, 50% of the tuition fee for that quarter will be refunded.

No refund will be issued if the student withdraws after one month from the start of the session.

Hostel and Transport Fees:

If a student withdraws from the hostel or transport facility before using the service, a full refund will be provided.

If a student withdraws after using the facility for up to 15 days, 50% of the fee for that quarter will be refunded.

No refund will be issued after 15 days of service usage.

3. Admission Withdrawal Policy

If a student withdraws admission at any time during the academic session, they will be required to pay the total fees for that particular quarter before receiving any transfer certificate or other school documents.

Parents/guardians must submit a written withdrawal request at least one month in advance.

4. Cancellation Policy

If a duplicate payment is made due to a transaction error, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.

If an online transaction fails and the amount is deducted, parents must report the issue within 7 working days for resolution.
